I am a multidisciplinary design strategist applying research methodologies to give people a voice to translate their ideas, insights and projects into experiences. I balance creativity with data-driven analysis. My core values are innovation, creativity, ethics, research, sustainability, accessibility, empathy and diversity. I am a firm believer in living an idealized life, meaning, I cannot do something I do not genuinely believe in simply because it may look good on paper. If it is difficult to see value/meaning in a task/opportunity/project, it becomes much more difficult to invest/buy in to that endeavor.
My previous work includes 4 years of editorial design for three magazines with diverse target audiences. As a result, my work was recognized by the Society for News Design in New York with a Design Editorial Award. While studying at the Institute Without Boundaries (IwB) I was part of an extensive research project on affordability within the city of Toronto. I led a multidisciplinary collaboration for the development of an engagement tool for the IwB’s exhibition on affordability within the city.
In the summer of 2019, I worked for Horizon Health Network (New Brunswick) where I delivered the graphic components for an internal Human resources program which sought to support their strategic plan to empower employees to take leadership initiatives. I delivered a toolkit that incorporated graphic and layout templates supporting the course presentations.

Other notable contributions include a collaboration with OCAD University as a charrette facilitator for the research study Design Wo/ManifesT.O. The charrette engaged with approximately 30 youth participants and the community stakeholders.
My skillset includes codesign methods, branding and communication strategy, systems mapping, ethnography research, shadowing, conducted interviews, wireframing, visual and behaviour trends research, interaction design and usability testing.
