Designed the communication strategy assets needed for across multiple media platforms for an internal Human Resources program which sought to support their strategic plan to empower employees to take leadership initiatives. I delivered a toolkit that incorporated graphic and layout templates supporting the course presentations. Kept the visual branding development by using mapping techniques to simplify and better communicate complicated strategies to different audiences.
